My name is Morena and I’m a wife and mother to two spirited little boys and
one very lazy bulldog. We are now living ‘down south’ after spending the last 3
and a half years in Canada’s Great White North. Living in Cape Dorset and
Pangnirtung Nunavut had it’s challenges for sure but it was a great experience
and I wouldn’t change it for the world. We’ve had the opportunity to see and
do so many things that most Canadians never will and I’m proud to say that I was
Nunavumiut, if only for a short time.
Our time in the north came to an end in January 2012 and we are living and
working in Oromocto, New Brunswick. The move brings us back to our home province
and just down the road from our friends and family. I will miss lots of things
about the north but it was time to leave and re-join ‘the real world’ as I like
to call it.
