I'm not a birder by any means but I couldn't help but be captivated by this majestic eagle. He (She?) lives somewhere on the cliff that my parents house sits on and we often see him flying around. The other day he perched himself on one of their trees and sat there for quite a while. I waited patiently to get a shot of him flying away but of course I wasn't quick enough when it finally happened.
